Paidós L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, child poverty prevention programme

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with Cáritas Diocesana de Barcelona in order to support Paidós L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, a pilot programme launched with the aim of alleviating the consequences of hereditary child poverty and preventing it from becoming a chronic problem through the empowerment of families excluded from society.

Home care programme with social needs for patients at the final stage of life

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the Paliaclínic Foundation with the aim of supporting socioeconomically vulnerable patients through their final stage of life, so that they were able to face the process at home, and with dignity.

Aspanias Therapeutic Care Service (SAT), grant programme 2016

The Ramon Molinas Foundation offered seven grants for economically disadvantaged families to benefit for a year from the Therapeutic Care Service (SAT) that the Aspanias organisation runs in Barcelona. The programme works to encourage the social integration of children and young people under 18 years old who suffer from an intellectual disability or a developmental disorder. 

Sirga. Shelter, recovery and empowerment for women victims of gender-based violence

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with Surt Foundation to launch Sirga, a refuge shelter for the recovery and empowerment of women, and their children, who suffer from or have been victims of gender-based violence and forced to leave their domestic home.

The digital world for integration, providing training in computer skills

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the Apip-Acam Foundation with the aim of providing training in information and communication technology to reduce the digital divide of groups at risk of social exclusion.

Aspace Resources and Assistive Technology Centre (CRA) improvement programme

The Ramon Molinas Foundation had renewed its collaboration with the association Aspace with the objective of improving the quality of life for children with cerebral palsy thanks to the benefits of assistive technology.

Manyanet Educa, providing scholarships to encourage language exchanges 2015-2016

The Ramon Molinas Foundation provided grants to support language exchange programmes organised by the seven Pare Manyanet centres in Catalonia. The initiative focused on helping the students of families with financial difficulties so that they won’t miss the opportunity of training or studying abroad.

Education for all, support for the education of students with socio-economic difficulties 2015-2016

For the third year running, the Ramon Molinas Foundation provided grants for the education of pupils whose families suffer from economic hardship at the Dominicas de la Enseñanza school in Barcelona.

Funding plan for Aspanias Therapeutic Care Service (SAT)

The Ramon Molinas Foundation has provided new grants so that families with economic difficulties can benefit from a year of the Therapeutic Care Service (SAT), run by the Aspanias association in Barcelona. The programme is dedicated to encouraging the social integration of children and young people under 18 who suffer from any type of intellectual disability or developmental disorder.

Hemiparesis awareness campaign in Madrid metro

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the María Agustí Foundation and the Child Hemiparesis Association with the objective of launching a campaign to raise awareness about hemiparesis, which was featured on the Madrid metro from 9th to 22nd December 2015.

Solmevis, virtual platform for integrative oncological support

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the Fundacode foundation in order to plan, develop and install a technological support platform, based on the principles of integrative oncology, for people who suffer from or who have recovered from cancer.

News Convives: the electronic bulletin on spasticity

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the association Convives con Espasticidad with the aim of implementing the first electronic bulletin specialised in spasticity. The publication provides useful information about this pathology to improve the quality of life of the people affected and their families.

“My Moves”, exercise DVD for children with hemiparesis and hemiplegia

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with the María Agustí Foundation with the objective of dubbing the video “My Moves” in both Spanish and Catalan, a video which demonstrates exercises specifically designed to improve the quality of life of children with hemiparesis and hemiplegia.

The Ramon Molinas Foundation extended their collaboration with the Pare Manel Foundation and the Babar Sports Association in order to encourage the social integration of children and teenagers in the Barcelona district of Nou Barris, through playing futsal (indoor football).

Supporting the schooling of children with financial difficulties

The Ramon Molinas Foundation provided grants for the schooling of students from the Dominicas de la Enseñanza in Barcelona whose families suffer from financial hardship. The scheme covers a total of ten families who cannot afford the expenses required to send their children to school.

Rull mother and child support centre  

The Ramon Molinas Foundation collaborated with Caritas Diocesan of Barcelona to promote the Rull mother child support centre. The centre, located in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, was set up for expecting women and mothers with children under three who are at risk of social exclusion.
