Community action

The Ramon Molinas Foundation (RMF), through its community action programme, is committed to the society to which it belongs, and has set up different initiatives to reduce the inequality suffered by the most underprivileged people and groups.

In order to achieve social integration, the RMF provides training, supplies the necessary materials by collaborating financially through its own programmes or through developing synergies with other recognised actors in the sector.

Since 2012, the Ramon Molinas Foundation has participated in 75 projects, has collaborated with 29 organisations and has donated more than one million euros to programmes in this area. This work has benefited different groups at risk of social exclusion, including, among others, people with mental disabilities, children with socioeconomic difficulties, survivors of domestic abuse and patients in the final stages of their lives in vulnerable situations.

The Foundation has keen interest in taking on inequalities associated with access to technology that accentuate the digital divide, which we believe has become a new form of exclusion.
