In accordance with the right to information in article 10 of Law 34/2002, on 11 June, the Information Social Services (Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información) confirm the following information: the owner of this website domain is Ramon Molinas Foundation, henceforth RMF, with the address Ronda General Mitre, 93, 2º 2ª, Barcelona.
Users. The RMF provides internet access to a multitude of information, services and/or information, henceforth the contents, belonging to the RMF. The user accepts responsibility for use of the website. Said responsibility extends to whatever registration is necessary to access the services above. The user promises to use the contents and services offered by the RMF through the RMF website appropriately, and not to undertake activities including, but not limited to:
(I) Engaging in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
(II) Disseminate content or propaganda of a discriminatory nature.
- Purpose for processing
The collecting and use of personal data, except for cases described in the section “purposes for processing to facilitate website use”, is only possible when the user voluntarily provides their personal data. This is applicable to the following situations and purposes:

Intellectual and industrial property. The RMF is the owner of all Intellectual and Industrial Property rights on the RMF website, and the elements contained within.
Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility. The RMF takes no responsibility for any losses or damages that could occur, including (but not limited to): errors or omissions in content or interruption in access to the website, despite all technological attempts to prevent this.
Modifications. The RMF reserves the right, without prior warning, to make any changes to the website deemed appropriate.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction. The relation between RMF and the user will be governed first and foremost, if applicable, by Catalan law, and failing that, by the common legislation in force at the time. Any dispute should be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals in the city of Barcelona.
