The Ramon Molinas Foundation Board of Trustees have approved the implementation of a Criminal Compliance Management System with the aim of preventing the passing of acts that constitute as a crime, establishing the appropriate surveillance and control methods for prevention and significantly reducing the risk of committing a crime, as well as promoting and consolidating the ethical commitments of the organisation.
Within this regulatory framework, the Foundation has created a Code of Ethics which reflects the commitment to act according to the principles defined within it, in both the development of relationships with employees or stakeholders and in all the activities that the RMF carries out.
In parallel, and in order to communicate possible breaches of any legal or internal regulations, the Ramon Molinas Foundation has created a confidential complaints channel. Through the email address canaletico@molinasfoundation.org, the Foundation offers stakeholders with a channel to pass on the details or information on any wrongful action.
In order to investigate any communications submitted, messages should include the following information: the identity of the complainant (optional); email address of the complainant (in the event you want to follow up with the complaint); a description of the complaint; any evidence to support the complaint; the identity of the person being reported (optional); and any appropriate documentary evidence.
With the implementation of the Criminal Compliance Management System, the Ramon Molinas Foundation continues to advance in the establishment of the highest standards of compliance in maintaining good governance and responsible management.
