Master’s Degree in Business Management (The Citius Programme)

Citius is a programme pertaining to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona aimed at fostering entry into the employment market by university graduates. The syllabus helps young graduates to take their initial steps towards professional employment and to develop themselves competitively in business environments of the highest level.

The Master’s Degree in Business Management is a postgraduate programme fully integrated into the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

The successful applicant must register for and pass a total of 100 ECTS credits distributed among class-based and online subjects, the Master’s Degree dissertation and in-company practicals. The internship period (for practicals) with the company is 12 months.

In this case, two scholarships are awarded to two professionally distinct profiles. The objective of the first scholarship is to develop a re-engineering of service processes. The second scholarship has a legislation-related profile. The successful candidates carry out practicals within the legal framework of Human-Resource management and approximation to the contractual ambits of business.
