Eight students will specialise in the field of information technology security thanks financial support provided by the Ramon Molinas Foundation.

The Ramon Molinas Foundation and the Open University of Catalonia have decided on the recipients of the second round of scholarships to students wanting to enrol in the inter-university Master in Technological Information and Communications Security (MISTIC) at the UOC. Alfredo Eugenio del Valle López, Antonio Ortega Pérez, Carlos Lacambra Linés, Carlos Ledesma Peña, Edinson Javier Salinas Lozada, Guillem Mata Valligny, Jordi Sánchez Celma and Jordi Ventayol Marimon will have the opportunity to specialise in the field of information technology and communications security thanks to the support provided by the RMF.

The eight grants have been awarded to the candidates with the most impressive CV, abilities, dedication and motivation for learning out of the 50 students who applied. 50% of the grant, which has a total value of 3,000 euros, will be awarded to the students before enrolling on the first semester. The remaining 50% will be awarded on completing their studies, on the condition that they pass the master’s course. The Ramon Molinas Foundation is awarding these grants in order to help students and university students expand their knowledge and reach their full potential.
