The aim is to foster the employability of university graduates through the Master’s Degree in Business Management and the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Initiation into Business.

The Ramon Molinas Foundation inaugurates the teaching and research programme with the aim of broadening the knowledge of university students and graduates so as to develop their own potential more fully. This are of activity is addressed through the awarding of three scholarships: two of these are for the Master’s Degree in Business Management; the other is for the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Initiation into Business.

The three scholarships belong to the Citius Programme that the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona has been running since 1996. The syllabus helps young graduates to take their initial steps towards professional employment and to develop themselves competitively in business environments of the highest level. The scholarship holders will have the opportunity to carry out, over a year, paid practicals in a first-rate company. Additionally, they will be required to enrol in the course, successfully conclude 100 ECTS credits credits distributed among class-based and online subjects and carry out a project at the end of the training period.

The scholarships are addressed to three candidates with distinct profiles. First, one of the scholarships for the Master’s Degree in Business Management is intended for a graduate in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or Physics. The second is intended for a graduate in Law. With respect to the profile for the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Initiation into Business, this is intended for a graduate in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations or Audiovisual Communication.
