Families with financial difficulties will benefit from the services of the Aspanias Therapeutic Care Service for a year.
The Ramon Molinas Foundation is happy to announce that it has extended its collaboration with the association Aspanias. For the third consecutive year, the RMF will offer seven annual grants in order to encourage the social integration of children and young people under 18 who suffer from an intellectual disability or developmental disorder. Families with financial difficulties will be able to benefit from the Therapeutic Care Service (SAT) that the organisation runs in Barcelona for one year.
The grants, valued at 2,181 euros, include a package of 45 sessions which include a home visit, weekly therapy for a year, two sessions with the child neurologist and an epicritic report.
A commission made up of a social worker, the technical director of SAT and the manager of Aspanias will carry out the selection process. Those selected to receive a grant will be from families who best match the selection criteria. The selection process is clearly described on the Aspanias website.
