The DVD, dubbed by the RMF and the María Agustí Foundation, demonstrates exercises to improve the quality of life of children with hemiparesis and hemiplegia.

My Moves, a DVD which contains exercises specifically designed to improve the quality of life of children with hemiparesis and hemiplegia, has crossed the Atlantic Ocean. Twenty families from Mexico and Argentina are benefiting from the video dubbed in Spanish and Catalan thanks to a collaboration between the Ramon Molinas Foundation and the María Agustí Foundation. Created by Hemihelp, a British organisation with more than 25 years of experience and presented by the prestigious paediatric physiotherapist Kiki von Eisenhart-Goodwin, the video demonstrates exercises specifically designed to be performed at home without the need for a large space, and which complement physiotherapy sessions carried out by professionals.

There are more than 1,000 copies of the DVD which can be obtained free of charge. My Moves is distributed to all the families who are a part of the Child Hemiparesis Association and to all professionals who request it. Hemiparesis is a neurological condition which makes movement difficult in half of the body. By contrast, hemiplegia is when this condition causes total paralysis of one side of the body. Both are forms of child cerebral palsy and affect one child in every 1,000 births.

The María Agustí Foundation, founded at the end of 2013, is dedicated to improving the quality of life of children with these neurological conditions and fostering a network of care and support. A few months after its creation, the organisation launched the Child Hemiparesis Association.
