The educational work of Babar Sports Association is one part of the support network available in the district. The principal mission of the organisation is to transform the personal and social environment in which children and teenagers grow and develop in the areas of Guineueta, Canyelles, Roquetes, Verdum and Trinitat Nova. The project achieves its goal through the playing of futsal and training sports teams, in which the children and young people are able to foment interpersonal relationships, as well as relationships with the coaches and representatives who become educational mentors for the participants.

Throughout the 2016-2017 season, Babar Sports Association will have 21 teams. Of these, 15 will be school teams and the remaining 6, federal teams. The groups are made up of a total of 252 children and young people between 6 and 18 years old. Through sport, the participants work on values such as responsibility, respect, friendship and creativity. The project counts on the involvement of 50 people including coaches, representatives, coordinators and collaborators who work together at the La Guineueta Sports Complex, the CEIP Aiguamarina court, the Escola Antaviana court, and the court at Escola Turó de Roquetes.

The organisation helps its members to make progress in personal autonomy and encourages them to take responsibility for their own decisions. It takes pride in its close community and strong links with the neighbourhood, and works hard to create the environment which will allow the community network to thrive: by bringing people together.
